We want you to love what arrives at your door.

Because our candles, soaps, salves, and personal care products are handmade and intended for personal use, we do not accept returns on used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something simply isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@roomcandleco.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

For unused items in original condition, please reach out before sending anything back so we can help determine the best next step.

Please include your order number and any helpful photos if your item arrived damaged.
